DEERFIELD BEACH'S LEADING ALL-ON-4 DENTIST
Natural looking teeth in just One Day with All-on-4 Implants
What is an All-on-4?
All-on-4 dental implants are a cutting-edge alternative for people who don’t want the mess and inconvenience of traditional dentures. The All-on-4 procedure is a proprietary treatment that secures dentures with implants, making sure they remain firmly in place. If you have lost teeth as a result of decay, accident, or aging, the All-on-4 procedure can restore your smile with teeth that feel and look natural.
Four, and occasionally six, implants hold and support a fixed restoration known as an All-on-4 or All-on-6. They are fixed, feel and look very similar to your natural teeth, don’t need to be removed at night, and don’t cover the palate of your upper arch.
In addition, they are made of porcelain, which, in contrast to a set of dentures, is a strong and attractive material that needs little to no maintenance.

Your Peace of Mind
All-on-4 offers you many advantages:
A cost-effective solution. When compared to some other implant supported restoration methods, your new replacement teeth require fewer implants for each jaw. With fewer implants required, the cost is lowered.
Reduced need for bone grafting. The special angled placement of two of the implants ensures a secure and stable anchorage for the replaced arch, often making bone grafting unnecessary. Faster treatment and healing time. Your replacement arch can be attached to your implants immediately after insertion.
Scientifically proven and documented. All-on-4 has had good clinical outcomes from decade long studies with favorable results.

All on 4 Dental Implant FAQs
The All-On-4 dental implant treatment represents a significant development in implant dentistry. A full arch replacement is now possible in a matter of hours using just a few dental implants thanks to this innovative procedure.
A full set of top or bottom teeth can be replaced with only four dental implants per arch using the All-on-4 technique. We can give you same-day results thanks to our ground-breaking procedure.
This treatment, which involves a thorough dental rehabilitation, is only performed on patients whose teeth are severely impacted.
The phrase “All-On-4” simply describes a denture or bridge—a replacement set of teeth—that is supported by a quartet of fixed dental implants. This process is occasionally mistaken with overdentures that snap into place over implants rather than regular dentures that employ suction or adhesive to stay in place. The bridge is firmly fixed in place using the All-On-4 technique by screws fastened to four properly positioned implants. These are firmly fixed in place and can only be taken out by a dentist.
A typical All-On-4 procedure consists of 3 phases:
- Preparation: Diseased and damaged tissue, as well as any currently compromised teeth, are addressed.
- Implants: Installing implants entails placing two titanium implants in the front of the jaw and two more implants, two of which are angled, in the back. Compared to conventional dentures, this offers a more stable and a practically permanent fit.
- Placement: After attaching your new ceramic dental bridge to the implants, we’ll make any necessary adjustments to ensure comfort and a great fit. This modern treatment can be finished in just a day! Healing may take three to six months, depending on your individual circumstances.
Your recovery period following All-on-4 implants would likely be far less than it would be following traditional implants, which typically require three to eight months to heal. The All-on-4 system’s ability to attach to your bone more quickly than individual implants encourages better stability.
You can gently rinse your mouth with salt water to clean the implant site after surgery. Then, you can take care of your dental implants the same way you would take care of your natural teeth. Daily tooth brushing and flossing are important, as are continuing your regular dental cleanings. Our dental experts will go over more detailed oral hygiene advice that best suit your health needs prior to your surgery.
If your jawbone structure is healthy, you are eligible for All-on-4® for teeth-in-a-day therapy. Dental implants may adhere to sound jawbone tissue. If your jawbone is too thin or has insufficient volume and bone density, the four implants won’t be able to tolerate forceful activities like chewing meals.
In order to preserve patient health, your permanent bridge is not inserted into the implants the same day. Most patients don’t require bone grafting or sinus lifts if the implants are comfortable on the accessible bone. To ensure a perfect fit, dental implant angle correction may occasionally be performed on the installed implant. The insertion of the correct bridge completes the supply of prosthetic teeth.
All-on-4® implants are a well-tolerated, minimally invasive out-patient surgery that takes around two hours each set in our dental office. Despite the fact that many people wrongly believe obtaining All-on-4 implants is unpleasant and intend to be out of work for many days, this is not the case.
Will your All-on-4 replacement look fake? Definitely not! All-on-4 replacement teeth give you long-lasting, realistic-appearing, and functional teeth. People will only know you have implant supported dentures if you tell them!
